Since 1997 Bruce Magnotti has published and moderated an online historical site exploring the origins of Western civilization. The site Oannes.com discusses the historical figure Oannes, a man considered to be a mythical creature but who may very well be the person responsible for instructing the early Mesopotamians in art, architecture, written language, science, math and agriculture.
